Installation and First Launch
Download the jus4d Android app from our official site. We provide a direct APK file that works on Android 7.0 and later. Installation takes under two minutes on most devices. Once installed, tap the app icon and you'll land on the login screen. New users select "Create Account" and provide an email address, password, and phone number. Existing users enter their login credentials and proceed to the home screen.
The app requests permission to access your device's storage (for KYC document uploads), camera (for identity verification photos), and location (optional, for regional tournament eligibility). Granting these permissions is not required for casual play, but you will need them to complete account verification before your first withdrawal. We store all permissions locally and do not share them with third parties.
Account Setup and KYC Verification on Mobile
After your first login, the app prompts you to complete KYC verification if you plan to deposit or withdraw. Navigate to Account Settings and select "Verify Account." You'll be asked to upload three items: a clear photo of your national ID (KTP), a proof of address (utility bill or bank statement), and a selfie holding your ID next to your face. Deposits and Withdrawal via Android
To deposit funds, tap Account > Deposit. Select your preferred payment method: DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, or direct bank transfer (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet). Enter your deposit amount and confirm. For digital wallets, you'll be redirected to the wallet app on your phone to authorize the payment. The jus4d Android app includes app-level encryption for all data in transit. Your login credentials and payment information are never stored locally on your device. If you lose your phone, log in from another device and change your password immediately—we'll force a logout on all other sessions. Troubleshooting and App Performance
If a game fails to load, close the app and reopen it. Clear the app cache via your device's Settings > Apps > jus4d > Storage > Clear Cache. If performance lags during play, check your internet connection and reduce background app activity. The jus4d app works on WiFi or mobile data; we recommend a stable connection for smooth gameplay.
Connectivity drops mid-game are handled automatically. The app saves your game state and reconnects you to the same round when you return. If reconnection fails, contact our support team with your game session ID (visible in the app under Transaction History). We resolve connection disputes within 24 business hours.
Tournament Schedules and Regional Events
The jus4d Android app displays all active tournament brackets on the Tournaments screen. Each bracket shows the start time, entry deadline, and current enrollment count. Idul Fitri and Idul Adha feature special tournament schedules with adjusted timing. Imlek and Nyepi also have regional variants. The app notifies you of upcoming tournament starts if you enable push notifications in Settings.
Live Football tournaments tied to Liga 1, Piala Indonesia, and Piala AFF are displayed separately in the Sportsbook section. The app supports multi-tasking—you can monitor a football match while playing slots in another tab, or switch between games instantly without losing your session.
